We will ask you to provide your personal information to us when you recieve a quote and when you purchase an insurance policy from us.  We will also ask you to provide your personal information to us when you send e-mail  to us from this Web site.  When you enroll for an insurance policy at Auto Insurance Discounters, we will ask you to provide your name, home address, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address.  This information will be provided to the insurance company when you purchase an insurance policy so they can establish you as a policyholder.  We will maintain a record of your information at the offices of Auto Insurance Discounters so we can provide you with policyholder service.  Each employee has been instructed on maintaining the privacy of each customer and the importance of protecting the customer's personal information.

By filling out this form you are only requesting a quote.  The quote is not bound until premium has been collected and the insurance application completed.  This is not an application for insurance.  All quotes are subject to change pending MVR reports and other underwriting criteria.

Auto Insurance Discounters represents several insurance companies that may run reports depending on the carriers that must use this information.  Reports may include but not limited to MVR reports, insurance scores, etc.....

By filling out this form and faxing or e-mailing for quote you authorize us to run these reports if necassary.  Once your quote is submitted we will respond as soon as possible.

When you purchase an insurance policy from Auto Insurance Discounters you may pay the premiums with cash, personal check, money order or credit card.  If you use your credit card to pay the premium we do not keep a record of your credit card information.  If you pay the premium using your personal check we will keep a copy of your check in our file.
